Tudung Online JelitaSARA was the idea of a husband and wife, En. Wan Zaki and Pn. Erven Sarasendy. It was launched officially on 22nd July in 2009 and was originally solely started as an online business by the concept of SOHO – ‘Small Office Home Office’. We were confident in running it online because we have the advantages in providing the best and the fastest services right from answering calls up till processing orders and posting purchased items. We gained more confident when we noticed that our customers felt comfortable in dealing with us through online. Starting from that point, we made a move in strengthening our marketing approach and put our focus more on online services.

Alhamdulillah, in 2012, Tudung Online JelitaSARA started to gain acknowledgement from mass media when Pn. Erven was invited as a guest on a television show,’Nasi Lemak Kopi O’ (TV9) and made an appearance in Nona magazine. For us, this acknowledgement was a great way to start promoting our product nationwide.
